balik kampung

!

today i balik kg..yan..
happy...dh lama xbalik kg...
as usual,salu je dimulakan dengan makan dan bersembang beramai-ramai kt serambi
nowadays i memang kuat makan
tataw la faktor apakah yg menyebabkan i jd cmni
actually i suka! makan! hehehe
maklum la berat i kn ke xcukup so perlu difikirkan cara nk menambah berat ni
i tanak la overweight tp biar bersesuaian dgn memyself pon dh mencukupi
current weight is 47
at least biar la 49 t0 50 coz i nk kn bmi yg normal
hahaha
y i wan dis so much?? yer la...kwn2 i mulut tadak insurans punya especially my junior...hahah
i wan badly to be balance
nk kurang kn tinggi???
masuk akal ke cmna cara nk kurangkan tinggi?
mn penah ada org cuba nk kurangkan tinggi
nk tinggikn diri lg ada!!

wat he had said is quite true! very true! i admit...tp....hmmmm...no tp but i msti cuba ikut azirah turun ke gym every sunday, tuesday n wednesday
i kena kuatkan semangat!! aja aja fighting!! bak kata azirah...hehehe
